THE OPPORTUNITY
The Engineering Manager will work closely with the Director of Engineering, CEO, and other executives, managers, and advisors. There is an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth with Gushor depending on performance and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
In addition to a university degree(s), the successful applicant is a self starter who has at least ten years of progressively increasing experience in project and operations management gained in reservoir, production, or drilling engineering services for the oil and gas industry. The candidate will have experience in reservoir characterization, modeling, simulations, and economics along with the communication and interpersonal skills necessary to translate highly technical concepts into terms comprehensible by clients, peers, and Gushor employees.
COMPENSATION
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and includes performance bonus, stock options, and a benefit plan.
