Gushor Inc. is committed to providing high quality service to its clients which includes protecting the confidentiality of sensitive client information that is disclosed, collected, used, generated, and retained by Gushor Inc. in the course of its business.
Procedures include:
- Maintaining appropriate physical, procedural, and technical security for its laboratory, offices, and information technology (such as hardware, software, and networks).
- Employees, consultants, and contractors have confidentiality agreements with Gushor Inc. that require client information not be disclosed except as directed by Gushor Inc. in the conduct of services for the client.
- Client information is provided by Gushor Inc. only to those employees, consultants, and contractors with a need to know the client information in the conduct of services for the client.
- Gushor Inc. considers break of confidentiality a serious offence for which disciplinary measures would be taken up to and including termination of an employee, consultant, or contractor, if deemed appropriate by Gushor Inc. in the circumstances.
